Test PAC uses third-party servers to process donations. Test PAC is not responsible or liable for any security issues that our donors encounter from Paypal, Piryx, Dwolla, or Amazon Checkouts.

In accordance with federal law, some of the information you provide is required to be collected and reported to the FEC. To maintain compliance with the law, we keep and maintain records of all of our contributors except for payment information, to which we do not have access at any time in the donation process.
