By funding the billboard above, we prove to Smith and others that supporters of a free and open internet aren’t a fringe group of radicals, but rather that we are average Americans who believe in our right to access and exchange of information freely in the digital age.

So far Test PAC members have generously contributed over $4,000 to the movement, and with this money Test PAC is currently working on a television commercial that will air sometime next month. While we wait for our team of volunteers to finish the television spot, however, we are losing valuable time to make an initial impact in Texas’ 21st.
